Note #1: There is nothing wrong with these scans...they are supposed to be in black and white. Manga is exclusively in black and white. Note #2: with the exception of Usagi all the names used in the English translations are the US Dub names Darrien for Mamoru, Lita for Makato, Molly for Naru, Melvin for Umino ect. Usagi's name in the manga translation however is Bunny instead of Serena. Bunny is a more direct translation of Usagi which means Rabbit. She also keeps her real last name of Tuskino (I can't remember what her last name in the Dub was at this point) though Darrien has his dub last name of Shields instead of Chiba. I have not gotten to the R season Manga yet so I don't know what they do for Chibi-Usa who was Rini (a shortned version of Serena) in the Managa translations name wise. I also do not know what they do about the Outer Senshi as I believe these translations may have come out before the dubs of S were done (having never watched the dub of either S or SuperS I don't even know what their Enlish names are) guess I'll have to wait and see. Note #5: I'll go into some details about exactly what a Tankaoubon is in the next Act..as this is too long as it is. Note #4: I've included covers, as well as some other artwork done by the original artist from the Artbook and Materials collection because it adds to the storyline and the artworks is just plan gorgeous.
